Spinnaker conducts training that provides a solid foundation in the theory and practice of systems thinking.
We can tailor our training to meet your needs
Why is systems thinking training important?
Systems thinking is simple, but like many things in life, it must be learned and practised to become natural. There are many way to learn systems thinking but undertaking structured training is one of the more effective ways to learn.
What is our approach?
Our approach is to conduct collective instructor led structured training. Instructor led training offers many advantages over newer training methods such as online learning. There is no substitute for face-to-face interactions between instructors and participants, where an instructor can answer questions immediately and validate a learner’s understanding. Group interaction also enhances learning with participants learning from each other as well as from the instructor. But more importantly instructor led training allows the participants to practice what they are learning in a controlled environment.
